I've never been able to tell whether the author of the software has an
interesting sense of humour or not. sextractor stands for Source
Extractor, it's usually referred to as SExtractor but he went and named
the binary 'sex' so jokes abound in the astronomy community about 'doing
sex', etc,.. I must admit i haven't heard the 'sex tractor' gag before, i
dread to think what comes up in a google search for that... Full details
are given in the URL in the ITP for anyone interested.
