Possibly orphaning unhtml [was:Re: Bug#139891: ITP: dehtml -- provide a text/plain translation for text/html messages]

Well, maybe both could be merged into one?

I'm the Debian maintainer of "unhtml" and since this has been
abandoned upstream it has become a Debian specific package.
Unfortunately i'm not very happy maintaining it because it could need
some enhancements which i can't provide since i don't speak C.

Maybe someone would like to take it over and overhaul it?
