CFT: Updated, working, non-crypto SASL2 library packages...

For various and sundry reasons, it behooved me to create packages for
cyrus-sasl-2.1.1. They are available at people.debian.org/~mdorman/.

Although these packages used the existing cyrus-sasl2 packages as a
base, everything has been entirely rewritten except for the changelog
and control file---only the copyright file escaped entirely unscathed.

Caveat emptor.

On the other hand, I feel confident in saying that, unlike the current
cyrus-sasl2 packages, these packages work, else I wouldn't be able to
read my mail. They also have support in the sasl2-bin package for
automatically starting the saslauthd, which I can verify works with
both pam and shadow support---sasldb support may or may not work; I
will get around to testing it eventually, but if someone else could,
that would be great.

These packages, as you might guess from comments above, work quite
well with Henrique's cyrus-imapd21 packages---installing said packages
being what drove me to do all this work. It was less work to do this
than to back-out to my old cyrus config. :-)

I have cc:'d Dima on this---it is not my particular intent to NMU
these packages; I have, as I said, rewritten much of his work, and
that's not appropriate for an NMU. If he does not have the resources
to keep up with them, I would consider taking over the packages, else
he is welcome to take whatever he can from my work and incorporate it
into his packages.

Any bugs, complaints, suggestions or patches, please send directly to
me, rather than the BTS, as Dima shouldn't be hit with my bugs.

Mike.
