No, it's changed for security reasons (to ensure the gpg signature isn't
invalidated after it's been checked).
What you can do instead is to something like
ajt@auric:/org/ftp.debian.org$ find queue -name '*.changes' | grep -v queue/done | xargs grep -l '^Maintainer: Stefano Zacchiroli'
queue/new/configwin_0.9-20020201-2_i386.changes
queue/new/mlminidom_0.2.2-2_i386.changes
