Source must have come from somewhere, some ftp:// or http:// or rsync://
or gopher:// or mailto: address.
A link to an archived mailling list for old shar distributed usenet
programs.
A link to the google cache.
Something must exist.
For rare programs that literally have no internet presence at all, other
than Debian, I'd suggest file://usr/share/doc/packagename
