Guest account on developer machines
The package swiprolog doesn't build on (at least) arm and hppa.[1]
The author thinks it may be easy for him to fix it, but he needs access
to such a machine. Is it possible to hand out guest accounts?[2] Who would
I have to contact?

[1] What is the difference between hppa and parisc64?
http://db.debian.org/machines.cgi lists both. What's the official
name?
[2] What does "Access: all" mean on the web page? Any difference to
"Access: developers only"?
