I am referring to individual components of "main". For example vim,
some howtos (those really don't belong there, mental note to file a bug
report), and maybe some perl modules licensed only under the artistic
license (old version) (have not checked yet if we have those).
The FSF is a bit more strict in their interpretation of free software
than the DFSG.
