It was probably generated straight out of CVS. If you check out the
src module from LSB SourceForge repository there is a directory
tests/libchk.
The various test suites available are still a work in progress and
unless otherwise marked should be considered unofficial (though they
can still useful to run). You can send comments and suggestions to the
mailing list (lsb-test@linuxbase.org).

LSB compliant apps will need to link against /lib/ld-lsb.so.1. This
doesn't mean that Debian distributed packages have to do this but the
loader will have to be available.
