Well, when I wrote syslog.3, it wasn't there. I note that the glibc
info page says "The kernel, the mail subsystem, and an FTP server are
examples of recognized facilities" and does document LOG_FTP, as well as
LOG_UUCP. I guess I need to update and re-submit.
