ssh on debussy: no route to host

Regarding to bug #99726 (-274 to the 6 digit goal :) that i received,
I'm trying to build my package on an arm architecture.
So I try to login to debussy.debian.org at standard port 22, I receive
"no route to host", anyone know the reason?
debussy is also not pingable and refuse connection also at port 23 and
25. Is debussy down?
