No, x-terminal-emulator instead of xterm. Though I don't know
it is Policy violation, xterm can be used only by 8bit language
speakers and I want terminal-invoking softwares to invoke
x-terminal-emulator instead of xterm as a multibyte language
speaker.
# Note that locale (LC_CTYPE)-sensible xterm is now under
# development in upstream level (i18n@xfree86.org ML), which
# can display doublewidth characters (for CJK), combining
# characters (for Thai and so on), and bi-direction (for
# Hebrew and Arab). When it will be released, almost people
# in the world will be able to use xterm.
