I intend to package fRaBs (the free abuse).

The fRaBs maintainer hopes that the full registered version of Abuse might
be released to the Public Domain and that way we could have it packaged,
too. So I'm thinking of a packaging scheme like this:

The frabs source package builds two packages: abuse-frabs (the frabs
extensions to abuse) and abuse-lib (the full versions data). Can I do this?
