Why? For all practical purposes, you ignore the last sentence. All it
says is the (legally meaningless) statement that if you ask him, he may
allow you to distribute the software under a different license, that is
roughly equivelent to this one above, but in a different language. Since
the English license will do fine for Debian, we don't need to worry about
that.

Oh, and this should have gone to debian-legal.
