It appens, some time, that the Closes command in the changelog file do
not closes bug on the bts; so, when I check my bug list, I'd like to
close them with a single mail.
Another situation in wich I used it, was when I closed some ITP not
closed by their submitters: I sent only one mail.

BTW, "submitter" would be a good command to add.
