chkconfig for Debian

A portable version of RedHat's chkconfig is available from
<URL:http://www.fastcoder.net/~thumper/software/sysadmin/chkconfig/>.
I've got the maintainer to add debian/ content to build a debian
package out of the box.

A .deb package is available from
<URL:ftp://ftp.skolelinux.no/skolelinux/dists/woody/local/binary-i386/non-official/chkconfig_1.2.24d-1_i386.deb>

I made it in conflict with file-rc, as it is updating the symlinks
directly instead of using update-rc.d. Someone (else) should have a
look at the source to fix this. I put it in the same section as
sysvinit, hope this is correct.

I believe it should be made part of the official Debian packages, as
the current ways to track the startup config is a bit raw. What do
you think?

Description: A system tool for maintaining the /etc/rc*.d hierarchy.
  Chkconfig is a basic system utility. It updates and queries runlevel
  information for system services. Chkconfig manipulates the numerous
  symbolic links in /etc/rc.d, to relieve system administrators of some
  of the drudgery of manually editing the symbolic links.
