That wouldn't help in this case.  Emacs20 couldn't use it anyhow.

The problem is that XEmacs includes mailcrypt, which it IMHO
shouldn't.  If it hadn't 

Depends: emacs20 | emacs21 | xemacs20 | xemacs21, mailcrypt

would be very much more sensible.
