It is a very reasonable qualification.
This qualification did exist, within the security team, before Thomas
objected. Please _read_ the damn thread before you post.

Being a security secretary is a position that bears a lot of responsibility.
The information the secretary (and the security team) recieves is often
restricted, and this protects the security of thousands of Debian users.

But once more, this is _not_ the point anymore. So please stop this
discussion, or continue it offlist; volunteering is useless, as the issue is
not at hand anymore. The security secretary position has been filled, so
the time and traffic spilt by this is better used for constructive things.
