Sure you can open a bug against the BTS. The BTS maintainer can always
mark it at wont-fix, not that such tag would be of any use for
anybody. You know it can't be seen by the presen methods.


Either let's remove all tags, add the translation tag or think up a
better explanation for not adding the tag. Wicherts excuse is stupid
and would go for all tags.
