You'll also need to ensure that any packages that don't work with the
new postgresql but are already in testing have been recompiled on all
arches too.

Since postgresql is in non-US atm, you might need/want to prod the porters
a bit to get this done. I'm not sure there're people consistently building
from non-US for all arches atm.
