OK, but where can I find out why _they_ haven't recompiled?

Is there some tool to say what things are waiting on?  If I could find
that out, I could perhaps do something about fixing it.

postgresql isn't mentioned in http://buildd.debian.org/stats/powerpc-dep-wait.t
xt.
Does that cover non-US?  If not, is there an equivalent for non-US?
