What is keeping sppc from testing?
I searched for my package sppc in the testing dist. It was only
available for 3 archs (alpha i386, sparc), and it is not mentioned
anywhere in /org/ftp-master.debian.org/web/. And I have no bug
reports for it. So why does it not exist for the 5 other archs, and
why is it in testing for the 3 existing ones? I thought it went in
only if all archs were current? Is it just that the buildd:s don't
keep up? But that is usually mentioned in update_excuses?
