This is not used by the menu entry.  /usr/lib/menu/emacs20 uses
/usr/share/emacs/20.7/etc/gnu-32x32.xpm.  There's nothing wrong with
having xpms (from upstream) larger than 32x32, is there?

Does your script parse the icons out of the menu entries and check
their sizes, or just look at every xbm/xpm on the system?
