NMU to "bug" needed for translators ? (patch included)

Hello,

I'm one of the french translators, and we provided the translations for the
programm bug 164 days ago in the bug #87698. But the maintainer did not
integrate it yet. 

So, what could I do as a non maintainer to see these translations go in the
next release ? 

Will Debian maintainers help Debian translators ? ;)
