I'll upload one in a few days.  Erik Andersen (the maintainer) and I
are fighting about some Makefile changes that are used by the Debian
build process, but once it builds from CVS, I'll be happy with it.
In the meantime, you can download .debs from ftp://oss.lineo.com/debian.

People have mentioned that uClibc is more complete and ported to
more architectures, but I don't know too much about dietlibc,
so can't comment.

Erik has mentioned to me in email that he's gotten many of the
base packages to build with uClibc.
