True. All the same, I ended up subscribing to -bugs-dist because there
was no other practical way of keeping track of bugs against a package I
was doing a lot of NMU work on, and this is rather a sledgehammer
approach.

A way of being included in a per-package Cc list on request would solve
this too - do we already have this, or am I misremembering?
