Er...I thought the "RFP" meant "Request for Package", i.e. it's
software that should be packaged, but the bug submitter isn't
necessarily volunteering to do it.

Is this correct?  I couldn't really find a reference anywhere, but the
few other "RFP" bugs on wnpp seemed to be similar...

Regardless though, it looks like fun to try to package this, so I
guess I'll keep this change to the bug title.
