me, personally? none. i use debian exclusively these days.
i've had to help lots of people fix their broken release versions of
some other[1] distributions. sometimes as paid consulting jobs, sometimes
for friends who didn't listen to my advice ("install debian"), and
sometimes on mailing lists or newsgroups.
i occasionally install other distributions on test boxes for comparison
or self-education purposes but i wouldn't use them for any real jobs.
the only OSes that have anything even resembling a tiny chance of
tempting me away from debian are FreeBSD and OpenBSD.
[1] note the diplomatic avoidance of mentioning which distributions.
it's not polite to laugh at people who wear green caps, blue turbans or
head apparel of any particular colour - or any derivatives thereof.
