OK, it's available for download at ftp://ftp.coven.vmh.net/misc/debian-0.93r6/
Unfortunately it's not complete -- only i386 (obviously) binaries and
floppies, no source.

It's less than 90 megabytes. Shouldn't be more than 200 megabytes with sources
and docs.
