At the risk of starting another flamewar, this has been discussed ad
infinitum in the past. Just close it, it'll save everyone the hassle.

Or put the following in /usr/bin/traceroute

#!/bin/sh

echo If you were expecting traceroute, please add /usr/sbin to the front of
echo your path or type /usr/sbin/traceroute
==========================
