TelemetryBox Distribution: openROCK is gone. TelemetryBox.Org is here now.
The openROCK site that used to host the telemetrybox project has been
shutdown. I am continuing to develop the TelemetryBox software at
http://telemetrybox.org which is still work in progress.
The TelemetryBox distribution is a Debian based distribution targeted to
end-users for the purpose of building a remote monitoring node allowing to
remotely configure and deploy diagnostic services.
The TelemetryBox distribution features:
- Simplified install usable by normal people that are not debian wizards.
- SQL database with the monitoring data.
- Web User interface for remote operation through any webbrowser.
- Netsaint Network diagnostic software
- Ticket System for problem tracking.
- Various reports and displays
- Network Infrastructure analysis.
I plan to move to woody in the next month with the 1.3 release. The 1.2
release (still based on potato) will be finalized this week and be
released on Friday.
