Packages to run kernel 2.4.x on potato (release 14)

I have prepared the packages needed to run kernels up to 2.4.4 on a Debian
2.2r3 (potato) system. Please read [1] for more information.

The most important change is that there's now a second architecture
(sparc). Thanks to Marco for compiling the packages!

Changes since the last release:

          + there are now sparc packages compiled by
            Marco Gaiarin <gaio@sv.lnf.it>
          + added: lm-sensors
            Binary packages:
               o libsensors1
               o libsensors-dev
               o lm-sensors
               o lm-sensors-source
               o sensord
