looking for apache-1.3.14-2[diff,dsc,tar] files

I'm looking for the files from apache 1.3.14 from the source cd
v2.2r2.
I was able to locate the .diff file on ftp.debian.org but can't find the .dsc and .tar* files.
If some one happens to have the apache*1.3.14-2* files from the source disc 
I would appreciate a copy of them.

I'm trying to get the latest copy of the control files and sources
to mod_auth_mysql.  It looks like this version should have that information in
them.
