ITYM "boot-loader meta-package".
Having the user decide that she wants the system to act as a boot loader
(which the task- would imply) is not very sensible.

Also, having the user force-remove an essential package sounds a little
wrong to me. Neither of lilo, grub, etc. is essential, so why should the
meta-package be?
