Problems with netpbm uploads and update_excuses

I've just followed Phil's link for the packages that have failed to
autobuild on arm. There is a failure to build for netpbm-nonfree on
arm due to missing Build-Depends. But the version that is failing to
build should not be in testing - it was a stable-only upload and there
is a new upstream version already in unstable / testing.

Checking the list in
http://ftp-master.debian.org/testing/update_excuses.html, I see that
the old, stable-only versions of both netpbm-free and netpbm-nonfree
are listed. This seems to be a bug in whatever generates this page...

Getting a SCSI chain working is perfectly simple if you remember that there
must be exactly three terminations: one on one end of the cable, one on the
far end, and the goat, terminated over the SCSI chain with a silver-handled
knife whilst burning *black* candles. --- Anthony DeBoer
