Thanks Peter and any devel,

It was my carelessness. As you say, I recheck carefully at spread licence, 
spread licence is non-free. I'm sorry, I withdraw this application ITP.

"Remember that the license also permits free use for 
educational or research purposes so most uses for teaching or    
research into how to do better replication or multicast would be permitted."
