I have /etc/apt/preferences set to:
	Package: *
	Pin: release a=testing
	Pin-Priority: 900

	Package: *
	Pin: release o=Debian
	Pin-Priority: -10

and then do something like:
	apt-get -t unstable install foo

if I want something from unstable. Seems to work okay.

Cheers,
aj
