the clips manpage is contained in 3 different clips packages:
Unpacking clips-common (from .../clips-common_6.10-5_i386.deb) ...
Selecting previously deselected package libclips.
Unpacking libclips (from .../clips/libclips_6.10-5_i386.deb) ...
dpkg - warning, overriding problem because --force enabled:
trying to overwrite `/usr/share/man/man1/clips.1.gz', which is also in package clips-common
Selecting previously deselected package xclips.
Unpacking xclips (from .../c/clips/xclips_6.10-5_i386.deb) ...
dpkg - warning, overriding problem because --force enabled:
trying to overwrite `/usr/share/man/man1/clips.1.gz', which is also in package libclips
The manpage contains:

whereas this directory is empty.
