each of these has not been uploaded since December 1999, except for isapnptools
which Joseph Carter has nmu'ed several times.  Most are 2.4.x level policy, a
few are at 3.0.x.

I have mailed Frederic (and I am cc'ing him here) about this.

These packages for the most part lack things like Build-Depends, usr/share/doc,
etc.

So, anyone know why Frederic is MIA?
