OTOH, since owner@bugs gets all the bounces from invalid mail addresses, the
more useless bounces[1] we have to parse, the higher is 1) owner@bugs'
workload 2) the chance that an important bounce will pass undetected.

[1] including things like "sacrificial-spam-address@..." or
"jthoodNOSPAM@...". There's a growing amount of those recently and I for one
am far from amused.
