We already have bulkmail and libmail-bulkmail-perl, which would be far
more easily applied to such practices, and also have legitimate
applications. While it's good that people are ethical about what they
package (no lists of millions of e-mail addresses in the semi-mythical
data section :)), I think that within those reasonable bounds we
shouldn't be about "Discrimination Against Fields of Endeavor" - to coin
a phrase.
