I believe that what *should* happen is that all mail to the wnpp
maintainer (wnpp@debian.org) should be forwarded to -devel.  Unless we
want to distinguish the wnpp maintainer for such things as maintenance
of the WNPP part of the website from ITP's etc., in which case we need
a wnpp@debian.org and wnpp-admin@debian.org.

But most of the ITPs appear to never have made it to -devel; as the
thread I wrongly started shows, this isn't really working properly at
present.
