lib-fop-java still maintained?

Hello Julio,

are you still maintaining lib-fop-java? There is a new Version out on
xml.apache.org and you have a lot of trivial bug reports open since years.
In case you don't want to maintain the package or don't have the time for
it, i would be glad to take over the maintainership of this java archive.
