Developer's Corner from www.debian.org

When I go to the main Debian webpage and click on "Developer's Corner" I
get returned a blank screen with a small open hand icon in the upper left
hand corner. If I work my way back from nm.debian.org, I can get to the
page.

Anyone have any idea what's happening here?
