This file seems to be very close to useless anyway.

For example, there does not seem to be a netmask associated
with each entry. I tried to put entries for (eg)
192.168.0.0, and 192.168.0.128, which are separate networks
using the netmask 255.255.255.128 (ie 192.168.0.0/25 etc), but
since you can't put in the netmask it doesn't work properly.

Also, there is no manual page (on potato anyway).
