Reporting a bug as soon as you observe it is not necessarily the best approach,
especially with a vague problem report.  The maintainer (or debian-devel) will
be unlikely to have an immediate answer for you, and they usually have no means
to investigate your particular configuration.

Better to investigate the problem further on your own, then provide a focused,
clear bug report (or else discover that you haven't found a bug at all).
