scsitools is one example. Its initscripts are named "scsitools-pre.sh" and
"scsitools.sh".

The name if the init.d script seems to be choosen (by the maintainer) to
something related (and likely to be unique) to the service it starts.

Example: util-linux has one initscript only, but it is named "hwclock.sh"
and not "util-linux.sh".
