Only WNPP bugs that should be `Severity: important' are orphaned standard
packages. Other bugs relating to orphaning should be `Severity: normal', and
bugs relating to new packages should be `Severity: wishlist'.

It's rather logical, actually...

Er, feel free to submit bugs against wnpp, just set the severity correctly.
