Regular distributed filesystems just deal with a bunch of files, the
debian mirror is a lot more ordered and structured than that.
If we built a customised distributed filesystem to do debian mirroring
we could take advatage of authentication built into files to check they
are valid. Working with a well known data archive also means it can be
checked against other sites, which gnutela or freenet dont do.
