Another interesting case that might cause uninstallable packages in
testing (I don't know if it's already handled):


Package: a
Version: 1
Depends: b

Package: b
Version: 1


Will the following package get installed in testing (the package itself
is installable - it only breaks the dependencies of a)?

Package:   b
Version:   2
Conflicts: a (<< 2)
