Orphaning crap

I'm going to orphan these non-free packages: xsnow, xwpick and xarchie
while only xsnow being slightly useful these days.  I haven't spoken
with upstream recently but reading the copyright file there's a good
chance that the license won't change.

So, if somebody is interested in either of them, dump me a line
otherwise they'll probably have to leave even non-free.
